When I entered the guest room, I found that the previous guest had used it but had not cleaned it up. The garbage was even accumulated in it... The water in the shower was very small, not suitable for taking a shower, and there were many flies in the dining area.And there is also no elevator in this hotel. My room is located on the top floor. It is very inconvenient to go up and down every time.

too many flies at restaurant...eating with accompany by flies. food also just so so. room a bit problem.. shower water slow &small one of lamp & TV was not function. There is no light on the stairs in the morning. Air-conditioned well*cold * There are many cat I love it *friendly cat👍

I have no idea how this place has received reviews over 4 stars. The walls in the apartment we stayed in have probably not seen a fresh coat of paint in years. The bed sheets had hair from the previous guests and yellow stains from who knows where. The mattresses and pillows were very thin. Probably how convicts feel like when sleeping in a cell. One of the toilets had a used cigarette butt on the floor and shower heads must be expensive as all we had to shower was bidets (yes the ones that are usually reserved for the other end of your body). Nevertheless, value for money (RM180/night) for a second floor apartment with 4 single beds.

If u r not fussy with room conditions, proceed booking. I stayed in 2 room 2 single beds apartment. Here are some comments of my stay for 2 nights. Bed condition sloppy curved, flat pillow, some light stained sheets. Living room sofa was dusty. There was a hole at the backdoor, rat hole. No hot water shower as advertised, one of the bathroom showerhead broken. No toilet roll. For a brief no fuss stay is ok but comfy level not great. Breakfast was tasteful but too oily. A former police quarter converted into hotel.

Very friendly staff, the rooms are very spacious, clean. Sunsets here are just to adore! Warm lights decorated the hotel are very comforting. Place is very suitable for families and groups of friends.

The most unique hotel I've ever stayed. Really big rooms and even bigger bathrooms. Affordable price and the sceneries at night is super duper stunning. Would repeat my stay here again sometime in the future

The hospitality shown by their staff was amazing. We were very glad there was a room available during our stay because it was a last minute thing. Everything was fine except for the wifi connection. We stayed at an apartment room on the third floor and the wifi is weak and not stable. There was a time where wifi was okay but not during the daytime. I hope the hotel would check back the connectivity of the wifi because it would be best if they can ensure the wifi is stable enough for customers to use especially for working through online. Anyways, thank you Zaques hotel for the great ambiance.

Came here for a school programme. The halls are great. The food provided are also okay, but some may be a bit bland. The rooms are basically the okd barracks which has been refurnished into hotel apartments. There are some hiccups here and there (toilet door not working, torned wallpaper, etc). But considering the location, space and security, it's a great bargain 😁
